Hold tight...

There isn't a problem here, your just making a mountain out of a mole hill, just leave it alone,
This is the problem in today's world, everybody trying to stab everybody else in the back to gain browny points.
Ask yourself does it affect you, I don't think so, the manger/supervisor, knows what's happening so let him deal with it when it goes wrong, you are not paid enough to worry.
:y Life's too short to worry about somebody else's s&8t  , if it all goes t**s up it's down to him

You're right Trevor, it is neither my problem or my license, but I would rather not see someone opps themselves over, hence the dilemma.

Besides, it's about time people here (at work), actually took responsibility for their doings as there's no attempt to actually supervise the staff... It's all paperwork rather than operational oversight.

Hopefully the regime change will resolve many of the issues :-X

Me, personally.

I would see this as not my problem. I would then crack open another beer. :y

In the great scheme of things this falls pretty far down the list. :y

.

I think you need to wait for the change and hope there's a better managerial structure, that will do what your hoping, I don't hold out much hope,.  Just be the same, but wearing a different hat.

The Two Rules of Modern Management:

1. Select the correct form and tick all the right boxes to show you have 'done your job' and covered your butt. :-X

2. If it all goes tits up due to inadequate instructions and training, refer more senior management to rule 1. ::)

The place gets better by the day...

Had a stand up debate with the duty manager because we were asked to transport passengers outside, even though we're neither licenced nor insured to do so. The fact that the hotel transfer in question could have been done through the building notwithstanding... :o

As an aside, you should probably avoid flying with MedView...

You forgot the bit about ensuring the brown smelly stuff lands on the bloke at the bottom of the food chain. ::)
