It shouldn’t have the same advisorys as the whole point of an advisory is that they advice you to get it fixed ::) ;D

Agreed. Problem was that we hadn't been back for over 12 months. Still not sure what to do now. Next door neighbour wants to buy it!

You need to weigh up the cost, of keeping it, and renting when visiting blighty, could you not sell to friends, and use when in blighty for a small charge/ or annual mot/service as a fee.

Yep. The big unknown is health of elderly relatives. It has sort of been a quiet 15 months.
