So it is!  :D

It came up in my top 10 for the day, but having gone back I realise its from the "top 10 stories people read after reading the one you've just read". Bloody BBC  ;D

Good news on Europe, Jimmy944 this has just been received:

John Churchill as our most senior representative in Europe has journeyed a good 250 miles and intervened on Austria's behalf against a joint French and German delegation. The meeting involved a very frank exchange of views not far from Vienna near the small village of Blenheim. Churchill and his delegation's view was finally accepted after a very heated argument that lasted most of the day.
