I went heavy duty, for the following reasons...
1. It firms the back end up (I also fitted poly subframe bushes)
2. You can load the car up without losing drivability.
3. They should be less likely to break from pothole abuse.
No complaints regarding quality and fitting... Although you do have to drop the back of the subframe to fit them as they don't compress to easily. Fronts are also Killen HD and shocks are Sachs all round. Also has Pedders HD topmounts fitted.
Ride height is fine too, car is lightly loaded in pics...
