Any half decent motor factor will have them for pennies.  :y

If Sir Tigs suggestion doesn't work out would genuine GM ones be available in U.S.A.as the top hat seals are?

Massively over priced from the US.  :(

I've read on here that people struggle to get the correct size as they are a non-standard.  :(

Don't know about US prices as I'd not looked. The ones I recently fitted doing my oil cooler change were ones I bought a couple of years ago from the local Vx dealer.I suppose any bought from the USA would at least be the correct size as you'd be buying off the GM part number and if anything like the top hat seals my son sent me a couple of weeks ago would come in a GM logo'd bag and would've been made in germany :D

IIRC when I did the head gaskets on my Omega I replaced all the dowty washers with new ones from the local parts shop.  :y

Afraid not, but if you find somewhere that sells them take a banjo bolt in.  ;)

Well I should have gone to the dealer - in stock (Infact the dealership has 200 in group stock!). So lesson learnt for me is to check with the dealer first!
