The crappy GM wheelbolts are fine as long as a "professional" doesn't go near them. I mean, FFS, Blackcircles managed to opps up Jag locking wheelbolts, and they are miles more robust than GM ones.

The GM ones don't cope at all with any impact guns, air or battery.  That includes undoing them.

None of them are any good. As soon as they're overtightened, or damaged in any way and that applies to the keys as well, you're going to have problems.
Best fitted in the bin, and replaced with the proper bolts that were removed to fit them. You often find them in the box with the key.

Agreed. I had hassle with them on the last car. When I got the Omega, I took one look at the crappy GM ones then binned them. :y

If everyone bins the GM ones and buys new ,that would contribute to global warming  :-\
but if the globe was warmer ,that would be less money needs spending on heating bills  8) which is nice  :)

You can't spend less money on heating bills. The energy companies have a formula that increases prices as consumption goes down.
So, if you use 100 units, it costs £100 @ £1 per unit. If you use 50 units, it costs £100 @ £2 per unit. Seeemples.  ;D

And if you use nothing, they put the standing charge up to £100.

But if we all warm the planet up enough , we won't have to pay heating bills  :P

I'll sit down , more comfy than standing and they don't charge sitting down charge .....YET !  ;D

Don't use gas it's very dangerous , if someone overtightens something or leaves something loose very similar to locking nuts on some Vauxhall models.

Indeed , it can't be safe to have fire and flames via "gas pipes"piped  to your home
and now they stared making gas pipes out of yellow MDPE plastic
which i think could melt ,leaking fire out
which could cause er ..... a fire  :o
