 got looking around today  looking for parts ready for my sevice and by accident fond this site rguarding oils
http://www.carbibles.com/engineoil_bible.html which gace me the thought of adding my own filter trap.

 i know its boring for some but i want to keep my motor running as best as possible.

To do that all you need to do is use Vauxhall/GM 10/40 Semi-Synthetic and change it, along with the oil filter every 3-4K miles. ;) ;) ;)


This is part number 093165216 for 5 litres, but you can buy it 4x5 litres for the price of 3x5 litres; that is around £30 plus vat with trade card :y :y
