Tried to change sidelight bulbs on MrsGK's winter runabout Tigra.

Decided that my hand definitely don't fit, and I'm too lazy to remove the bumper to get the lamps out, so I've flung the new bulbs in the glovebox and told her to get her workshop boys to do it instead ;)

Fitted new battery to the 3.2 at 7:30 am this morning, due to doing over-time at work this weekend, only time I could really do it. Turns out I had originally fitted a cheapie ECP Lion battery before and it was about 2 years old. However until recently the 3.2 was being used just once a week or so, kept receipt this time as warranty is 3 years on these. Can't be bothered arguing replacement for old one, but see how well this one lasts.

Also topped up screen wash, first time using 3.2 as a commuter in winter. It's thirsty on washer fluid!

The headlight washers fire every time. Just get in habit of washing windscreen less often.  I only used to top mine up monthly in the Winter.

Yeah but in these filthy roads, noticed good improvement in light output after a wash. Last time it was filled was when I replaced the pump, so all good really.

If I remember correctly, you use that god awful useless Triple QX shite screenwash?  If so, I'm surprised you notice a difference...  ...on the rare occasions its not frozen ;D

Worked out my MPG, following filling it earlier.  That useless student will be mega impressed with what the ol' black pussy can manage.  It might even make him want one as his next car.

I already want one, like yours Portfolio spec with black leather....

But really enjoying the 3.2 for now.  8)

But not one that runs on dumper truck fuel.
Running on the juice that powers Thwaites finest 600cc single cylinder allows the Jaaaagg to achieve a heady 28mpg over an entire tank*

*well, 70.09l out of the 82l tank
That might be 'dangle berries', as it hadn't even brought on low fuel light, and the handbook says 80l tank, 68l usable.

Need to wait for CC statement, in case I entered the £ figure as litres in my calculator
