That code relates to a lambda sensor...

P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0150 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Wouldnt have thought that would limit you though...

What protection did you put in place before soaking all the engine?  (never a good idea)

Where are you based?  may be someone local who can get some better diagnostic info out of it.

I think your problem is in the power jetting your engine

water finds its way into your electric system

needs to be fully dried out

 :o :o

So an engine bay full of complicated electronics, relays ect. Sure, high pressure water sounds like a great idea!  ::)

Is P0150 your only code?

I would check the plug wells for water first. That would be more likely to cause a misfire code, so may not be the answer, but best to dry them out before the coil packs are wrecked.

Follow the lead back from passenger side 1st lamda (the one on the downpipe section), and check its plugged in, no water in connector, and wiring still in tack :y

As others have hinted, although perhaps not in a friendly way, jetwashing a modern engine isn't really a good idea - the pressure of the water with those things can force water past seals designed to keep delicate electronics dry.
