So as I trawl the interwebnet, there's something of a bottom price of £47.28 but I notice that on Powerflex's own website the price is £26.27. Of course you can't buy direct from the website, but I am just wondering why the price difference, and also if there's anywhere that OOF recommends. Alternatively if it was worth us contacting a specific ebay seller, for instance, and haggling a ??% off if we bought a certain number. I'm sure there's plenty of people still to fit Polys to their Omegas.

Just rung my local supplier (only 3 in Lincolnshire, but luckily one about three mins drive from where I work  ) And they're £57 

They're making a tenner / 17% on each if they buy them off ebay at £47! In theory they're getting them direct from Powerflex, at £26. Now I work for a Bathroom Sales company, one of the biggest online retailers, and we all wish we could make 54% markup on the bits we sell... in reality we're constantly damn near cutting out own throats (metaphorically!) to compete with B & Q etc...

On the plus side they're theoreticaly interested in doing a deal on 10-20 kits.. Though no specifics, it may only come down to £56 for all I know!

Power flex site is £26 per side, so £52 in total. Can't remember if that was pre or post vat...

Buy of eBay, and shop around, especially if you're after the roll bar ones as combined listings may well offer better value

Yes I don't know why they list them per side, they aren't available separately.

Just buy the cheapest you can find. It's a struggle to get them down to £50 though. They where available for £48 iirc but that's a good while ago now.

Ahhhh well spotted!!    Hmmf! Can't stand it when you get prices like that "Per side" - well presumably you wouldnt only fit one side with them?

Mine were about that. I wouldn't bother with the ARB bushes again; mine were in perfect condition, and new rubber ones are only a couple of quid each.

Arrr, 'tis that magic £47.28 price again. It's the same on ebay as well. Not that I don't think they're worth it, I'm just always after a cheaper deal where poss,. Father had them fitted to his old one (now my daily driver) and there's definitely a 'tautness' to the thing - worth it every drive.

Got mine from Larkspeed via eBay, though I notice the full kit is now £80-odd from them for the bushes & ARB mounts.  Service was just as good as it was 20 years ago when I was buying bits from their shop in Leeds (amazingly seems they're still there round the back of Crossgates shopping centre!)

Ha It wasn't yesterday when I found em they where discounted down to £37 or something like that!!!

Mine came from somewhere like DC Performance, around £40, but that was a year or 2 ago
