That's not the Telematics plug, it's the Telephone pre-wiring plug. As such I would check how much current draw the head unit is consuming as it's a relatively thin 12V feed wire compared to the gauge used on the ISO. Appreciate your HU's may not be drawing much as you are using line out rather than an amplifier stage.

Telematics plug arrangement uses dual pins for +12V and 0V to overcome the wire gauge issue.

Will investigate that further re current draw/ loom temp and report back... Worst case I double up the feeds...

All seems in order thus far
