Key fob buttons don't click
« on: 17 September 2014, 08:37:00 »

KR02 RSO 2.2 petrol manual saloon
This car has two keys. On both only one door opening button (not boot button) works - clicks and makes the red light blink. So one key only shuts the door remotely, the other only opens it remotely. I have had the fobs apart, but cannot see how to repair the non-clicking switch. Can it be done?

If you can't do the surface mount, send 'em up, and I'll replace the switches.  However, if the fob case rubbers are too far gone, you'll also have to buy new fob rubbers, and I've yet to find decent ones that aren't too hard
