You'd probably want to get a decent exhaust on it as well, appears to have something stainless on which hopefully is just the tip but if its a full exhaust they will probably have cut the flanges off the cats and welded it straight on and if that's the case it will probably be a single pipe in the middle that will make it as flat as a fart when pressing the loud pedal. 

The wording of the advert also makes me suspicious that all is not as wonderful as it quite seems.

Plate does sfa for the value as the seller is keeping it, as per the ad

Actually if anything it makes it worth less as the new buyer can't tax it until it's reregistered
