Hey Guys,
                I'm Alec, an ex-Flight Engineer (10 Stars to those who know what that is/was!!)....Retired young & dumped the old 3 litre Senator, bought a good retiree's car..Nissan Primera Estate 2.0 with a cam-CHAIN that apparently lasts forever.........only to get hold of a genuine 21000 miles Omega Elite (Saloon unfortunately) at a very good price from a friend who was too ill to drive........................& is no longer with us
    Love it but - shit, if you drive it like you should drive a 3 litre car it just gets rid of petrol like I'm George Bush!!      Fun Though!!

I remember them(FLT Engs)....... I think a few are still required no thanks to airbus and the digital era. I know  737/727s were very popular in this country did you operate these or did you operate the bigger birds?

Hi all, I'm Dave...... a family man with two lively lads.. oh and the misses. I drive a omega(2001) 2.6 cd auto, bought it last year an excellent motor with only 37k on the clock, it's like new but was imo cheap as chips.

We enjoy caravanning ideal for a quick get away  - cant do the trips abroad during school time, Headmaster goes ape..lol.

I use to refit seating and carpets for Monarch airlines  Manchester (egcc -airport code and my username).

This forum will be a great help lifting the bonnet and just looking at the engine gives me the wobbles... everythings so compact.. sorry in advance i may be asking more than answering.

Hi all, great site just registered, I've had many vauxhall models to date incl -carlton cdxi, omega2.5 cdxi  at the moment i have a omega 2001 2.6 cd auto, brilliant car. but not very mechanical/tech... advice from fellow omega owners is highly appreciated.
