When Tony BLiar of Liebour became PM with Mandlescum he politicized the civil service & ramped up the get on to get promoted to senior civil service jobs by completing the Common Purpose course. If you are not a potential Marxist, a closet Marxist or even better a full on Marxist then the Common Purpose won't be the right course for you. We are now reaping the 'benefits' of this is places like Rotherham, where those in charge think the industrialization of pedopile rape by male Muslim Pakistani gangs of young white girls is an ok policy & people like Tommy Robinson who force it into the public domain and eye are jailed.

Things like this are turning (have turned?) our green and pleasant land (as planned by Liebour) into using Trump's parlance a sh*ithole of a country.
