Most of that will be due to dehydration. Lots of pissing, shitting, and sweating, I imagine.
Also....people generally weigh quite a bit more in the late evening when compared to first thing in the morning.
4-10 lb is not unusual (especially if consuming fine ale)

As soon as we arrived, reception informed her there was no Doctor there who could see her today.
Its Thursday night but I wont be standing on my doorstep banging a couple of saucepans together.
