Most common vehicle aerials are in the form of a 1/4 wave antenna, so as the frequency gets higher, ie Cell Phones, the wavelength gets shorter.

Updated your sim to a newer one is never a bad idea, forgot to metion are you using Vodafones Software, think they call it DashBoard or something, if so, check for updates.

Personally minded the Vodafone Dashboard Software stinks, if youve got a new'ish 3g dongle or card then theres a good chance it will be made by Huawei, if so download Huawei's Mobile Partner Software, its free on the Net and is Network independent, and works a lot better.

Not having any probs here with Voda 3g+, most Networks have there moments though.

Try deleting your User and Password to nothing its not required on any Network, also if your software allows you to set the APN to dynamic (Sim based), might speed your intial setup connection faster.

Probably the worst match in the Cup Ive seen so far!, think thats pretty much it for England now, with USA playing well now, reckon were going to have to beat Solvinia somthing like 5+ to nil to get through. rekon it will end up with drawn points and then goals start to count,  what have we done... oh yea 1 goal so far.

I normally reach for a Linux boot disk and nuke every partition on the drive at this point. The windows tools have a habit of hiding things that they think you don't want to see. :(

Kevin

Nice thought Kevin, but I dont have any Linux stuff with me at the moment, think I may have cracked it anyway, just found another uninitialised Sata Drive so I going to ghost its image across and see if that gets rid of it.

try this http://www.findmysoft.com/how-to/Increase-Partition-Size-in-Windows-7/

Thats pretty much what I was doing before Plomien, lets you mess with Primary and Secondary Partitions but wont let you mess with OEM hiddens files.

Just downloaded and tried Esasus Partition Manager which lets you delete it (or it thinks it does) but when you go back and check under windows, it still there?

Already tried formatting, its still there as an OEM Partition, presumably cos its hidden?

Normally I wouldn't worry about it as its only 100mb in size, but Im trying to ghost another HD image to the external drive and its in the way, if that makes sense.

Will have a play with partition tool,

thanks  :y
