Incorrect.....take away one of AA stars.  

Correct answer should have been....."we've updated the firmware in the ECU"

Oh hang about....other vx dealer did that as well...and it didnt fix.....but then again ive got a nice shiney new ecu.....so updating the new one must be the correct thing to do
