I've just been out to do a quote for a job as you do, and yes i do meet some strange people from time to time , hazards of the job, but this one has won first prize by a mile. I was only suposed to be looking at a few kitchen units. I was then shown the rest of the house( why ), the garden ( its raining and dark )  including the newly installed water feature. I was then personally introduced to the dog, the cat, a pug 106 in the garage and a guitar, followed by an invitation for myself and Mrs Timbuk to go round once a week for a glass of wine and some tuition in the art of guitaring :o Sorry, do i know you? TIME TO LEAVE

reminds me of the scene out of alan partridge where he gets friendly with the kitchen salesman....turns out he and wife were swingers....watch yersel there matey  :D

I used to do residential computer repairs for the company I worked for some years back. The stories I could tell ya!!

Y'd think on the face of it, going to peoples houses to carry out jobs is a fairly safe occupation. Well it ain't!! You really put tourself in the firing line~!!!

I think the wierdest thing that happened to me was getting locked inside a womans house whilst installing her new Pc was quite shocked when she came in with wine and chocolates.

Never went there though as I made my excuses and a few calls to the office then out I went. :)
