Lidl offers in our local

Hurray it is USA week.

The prize offering in our local Lidl branch in Spain is the beer. I wonder if it is any good or if it is duff?

They also have the usual marshmallows , chocolate teacakes and peanut butter all from the world famous McKennedy brand. When it is English week the brand name is Hathersage . Bet you have never heard of that either.

Heathersage is a town in the Peak District so, no doubt, they have jumped on this name to make it appear rural and wholesome.

The funny thing is that the real legendary Duff Beer is brewed in the Eschwege monastery in Germany.  ;D
