What firewall do you run on your router.....I have NAT and SPI.....think its the SPI doing it actualy.

I think Mark was referring to switching-off the firewall feature available on some DSL routers, and not to a software product running on your PC such as the Windows XP sp2 firewall or the Norton 2005 firewall (or the ZoneAlarm firewall etc etc...).

I use a decent router - Siemens 5830 - with a RIPE block (each pc has a ripe) and decent SPI firewall...

The other site works for me...

Altho its not mentioned in the menus on the router im pretty certain its NAT only.....altho a review site...TOM's says this....

From the trouble that I had running the QCheck UDP streaming tests, however, I'd say that the product is mostly NAT based, but with some SPI going on.

Mines a cheap cheerfull Linksys WRT54G

seems to work ok from the work PC now
Norton has just updated certificates, don't know if this had any bearing
