I know you won't like this Tunnie, but i see you as a forum bully and know it all.
When a member shows a weak spot (your in there)
When we get it wrong (your there to point it out )
You preach, Dont do that ...And do this... Dont buy that...buy this ...
Then we see you looking for used parts for next to nothing ......(That most would put in the bin)
You clearly show that you are not keen on parting with your cash,Yet you slag others to bits for doing the same .
Well can't please everyone, I guess I just bully people with all my guides eh? From cam cover gasket changes, to door lock replacements. Always there to help, offer advice when people have got issues or attempted something wrong.
My "preaching" of don't buy something is often because of experience or feed back from here, as aim is to always suggest the most cost effective repair. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but most cost effective. Sometime that means pattern, sometime genuine.
Don't like parting with my cash? Hummm, I think the BMW R1200 GS that's in my parents garage says different, the fact that previous years I've gone on five holidays, snowboarding, Austria road trips ect. (guess you missed that one) - Buying a 4 bed detached house in Surrey, buying a flat in London W3, selling that flat. Oooo what else, flew to Dublin recently, (paid for all the flights + car hire) errrm legal fee's? Well since changing purchase it's cost me around £1.5k in legal costs to swap.
Car wise, hummm new Lemforder wishbones on the 2.2, complete new track rod ends both sides (lemforder) along with a WIM sessions, Air-con fix on the 3.2 to name but a few in the last few months.
Finally, if you plan to insult me publicly again, I'd suggest getting basic
grammar right. You know, basic stuff like knowing no from know?
