Can someone please tell me why my car is so comfy and easy to drive long distances in?

Also why does it look so good yet so understated?

Why don't more people go for them?

probably because it's a big car and a lot people learn to drive in small ones so are scared of anything bigger ...

... plus there's the MPG, not everyone can afford to run a big car, especially when the fuel comes out of their own pocket  ::)

1, They don't chav up very well. We've all laughed at the chavved up ebay disasters.
2, They are seen as an old mans/ middle managers car and thus not "cool".
3, Many people don't know a bloody good bargain when it hits them in the face.

But who cares it all adds up to a good supply of cheap cars for those of us in the know. :y :y

Tere's the badge thing as well. Plenty of people will pay double the money for the same car with a BMW badge on. Don't ask me why.

Most of my mates suck through their teeth when I tell them I've just bought a 3.2 Omega but they've borrowed up to the hilt for a newer, mundane diseasel and my extra fuel costs wouldn't come near paying their monthly payments.

I agree, if you tend to sell cars when they've still got significant value. I tend to buy cars once most of the depreciation is over and keep them until they're pretty much worthless so depreciation, service history, etc. doesn't matter.

Because they're too unreliable and make you spend loads of money on fixing them.
