Took some pics this morning, they're not great but will do the job (I hope). Gonna do a bit of editing, shall I post them here?

Anybody posted pics of removing the pre facelift climate control panel as I have just got a panel inc the controls switches off ebay and I want to fit them next week. Hopefully the I will have some heat in my car!! 8-)

Well I spent an hour getting the display out but didn't change any bulbs, I couldn't figure a way of getting them out & only 5 mins to put it all back.
Then later I thought a pair of tweezers or something similar should work, so looks like it'll be coming out again this weekend, but it shouldn't take 1/2 that time now I know what I'm doing!

I didn't have to remove the switches to remove the display.

All bulbs can be access without removing ECU from console...

Yeah, I could see 'em, just couldn't think of a way to get 'em out til I'd put it all back.

Just to clarify; I didn't take the connectors off the back, so was limited for space.

Right, well I give up!  :(
Just had another go, only took ten minutes to get the panel out, but I just can't get my hand in to undo the looms, looks like I'll be doing without until I can find someone with "nimble" hands!
