Once again I cannot log into Autobahnstormers with my usual e-mail and password details, the former it is claimed is not recognised by the site!

I only recently refreshed my details, but again, as it has happened many times before, I cannot log in!

All I want to do is check when my subscription is due to come out of my bank account!

In all honesty Steve it is the TC benefit that makes it worthwhile for me but these login problems stop it being any more than that

It's not your email that you need to log in, it's your user name.  In your case, a four digit number followed by a space, your first name followed by a space and then your surname. Then type your password in the next box. All very simple really.

Thanks.   Tried the user name you suggested in PM, but that does not work either, nor does my password.  When I try the "lost user name / password" route I get the system does not recognise my user name nor even my email!!

As I say, thanks, but my life is too short to muck around logging into something I really do not need to

I have actually got what I wanted in terms of subscription details from my on-line banking site, which is easy to get into!!
