I initially fitted Febi to my B4s... First decent pothole opposed the driver's side one >:( should have fitted the Pedders ones from get go, especially with lowered springs...

It's one of the reasons Omegas are so cheap... Either spend a grand sorting the suspension completely or do a set of tyres every 800-1000 miles...

Just to confirm, On the Monk Fish website it's the top mount priced £26.32 and bearing priced £26.69 that I need / fit the Omega..

Bearing isn't heavy duty, and can be sourced elsewhere if that helps with pricing ;) But yes, you need both :y

I believe so, although the bearings can be bought for around half that from ATP. I would warn though that ATP took almost 3 weeks to deliver the bearings to me, so if your in a bit of a hurry best to pay the extra and order them with the top mounts.  :y
Ive recently done all this work, but using plod springs & dampers. You will probably be surprised how much stiffer the front of your car is when all the new bits are bolted on.
Don't forget wheel alignment afterwards. I still need to get his done, hopefully next week.

I recently fitted plod spec springs & dampers on the front of mine, plus Monaro top mounts and polybushed wishbones, and I absolutely love the way it drives now.  8) :)
A well sorted Omega is a hard car to beat, managing that holy grail of pretty capable handling with an excellent ride
Even an estate 8)
I've yet to drive an Omega Estate that handles in a way I'd be happy with  :'(

Must have been the tyres ::)

Seriously I think either that car or my black one were as good as the estate gets... I suspect that it's purely due to the angle of the shocks and the marginally higher weight... Saloon shocks operate vertically whereas estates sit at around 70 degrees, creating a fulcrum point in the centre of the boot roof :-\
