No idea if it's true or not...

" Opel is working on a new SUV and not at any but at a new flagship for the brand. Already in 2019, it should come as Opel Omega X on the market. The name is no accident.

Because the popular Opel Omega, which was built until 2003, is still waiting for a successor. That Opel while swimming with the trend and using instead of the sedan on a new SUV, because sounds like a logical.

Consequence. One of the technical features of the Opel Omega X (2019) is almost certainly calls the LED array light Opel "IntelliLux".

Promising rain tomorrow so it'll probably not work  ;D

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / 2 front fans
« on: 21 June 2016, 20:20:13 »
Passenger side one isn't working, I originally thought that both only come on if the engine gets too hot, But have since noticed the other car when the A/C is on both are on.

What tends to be the usual reason behind why the fan wouldn't work? As far as I can see they are all plugged in.

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Parking Sensors

Is this the correct type for FL saloon? or is there a place that sell them cheaper?

Presuming one dead sensor would cause a constant beep sound?

General Car Chat / Rear doors
« on: 04 May 2016, 20:10:02 »
Found something out while cleaning/treating the rear leather seats, The wind was picking up so shut the door as do..... Then to only find out after that both the rear inner door handles don't work? Luckily the window was open enough so I could open the door from the outside.. Narrowly avoided having to get into the front to get out, that would have been awkward  ;D

Thought to myself that one door may be a coincidence maybe it was just broken... But thought it's unlikely that both would be broken, Which then made me think possibly ex police? But how many police used 3.2 Omegas in full Elite trim  ??? :-\

It's not an issue anyway, Just thought it was a little odd.

General Car Chat / New Vauxhall Astra
« on: 18 March 2016, 20:18:59 »
The latest Astra with its OnStar features etc... Something caught my attention apparently the Astra comes with Unlimited 4G internet, Which is free for the first year then £79 a year (that also includes other OnStar features) thats a pretty good deal presuming the Internet is fast and allows multiple devices to tether.. You could even park the car closer to the house and use it as a hub  ;D

No doubt there's a fair use catch somewhere...

General Discussion Area / Why... Just why?
« on: 13 March 2016, 22:06:32 »
Just left the laptop alone for a bit there, came back and now it's configuring update for windows 10 !?!? Which I never gave the go ahead to! Last time window 10 was installed my computer just died wouldn't turn back on lost 30% of my stuff, had to take the hard drive out to salvage what I could. Then factory reset it back to win7... Honestly you couldn't make this *^#%[>€ up.. No idea what to do now. But i'll make sure I backup everything I want to keep if it ever comes back on. See how it goes but no doubt it'll end in tears again. What's the point of them forcing win10 on my 4+ year old laptop.  >:(

General Car Chat / Tyres 2016
« on: 03 March 2016, 23:02:40 »
Touchy subject I know.. But may be of interest or I may just be behind on the latest. Nevertheless......

Heard something on the radio earlier on in the car, Think it was an advert... Anyway. It mentioned a new Goodyear tyre. The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3

According to this 235/45/17 size is available.

Anyone brave enough to try these?

General Discussion Area / Spotted this in the local news..

It would appear if you don't pull over for the NW police they will run you over. Granted the dog bit an officer, It was 3AM traffic would have been minimal if they wanted to they could have closed the road temporary get a dog handler unit or something to try and catch the dog.

Surely running over the dog at whatever speed they deemed fit to 'destroy' the dog humanely was a more dangerous way to go they could have lost control of the car potentially... I wouldn't like to see what the car looks like now. Probably was a BMW 3/5 series estate.

This is getting a lot of hate on social media.

Anyway just thought I'd share.
