The sensor is near the oil filter, does it mean I have to prepare myself to change the oil?

No the sensor can be changed without disturbing the oil filter.

Cool, and I have last question. If the problem is caused by the crank sensor, where should I get it from? Vauxhall garage or ebay?

Thanks.

It's about 40 odd quid from Vauxhall with TC. About the same as EBAY and a few members have reported non-gen sensors failing very quickly so my choice would be a genuine sensor.

Can't find the connector. Where about is it?

The middle picture is the closest, you will have better access if you remove the scuttle panel  :y

The connector is on a bracket behind the passenger (or driver's to you) side cylinder head. It shares the bracket with the multi-way connector that connects the fuel injector loom to the main loom, so follow the wire for the injectors out of the middle of the VEE and should find a bracket with a large 7 or 8 way connector and a smaller 3 way connector. The 3 way is the crank sensor.

I went for a test drive yesterday, and when I was about to drive from traffic lights the engine stopped.
The temperature was 90-91..

again, I had to wait around 30 mins and went straight back home.
Vauxhall garage will have a look at it to find a problem. Hopefully there're competent enough :P
