Big brake conversion
« on: 17 June 2019, 10:22:28 »

I know that there has been some conversions done here to upgrade the Omega,s brakes.
I seem to remember that some had used Porsche items.
Anyone know what parts were used, any bits that have to be made to make them fit, what is minimum wheel size for clearance
This is to do an upgrade on a Carlton. It has the normal 296mm front discs as the Omega B has :y

Brembo 18NZ calipers, new brake flexi hoses, new caliper brackets and either milled centres in the discs or milled wheel bearing hubs. 18" wheels required for caliper clearance.

Serek is the person to speak too on this upgrade 😊
