i have arranged 19 th feb for the next meet but due to the state of the car park i have also arranged a new venue,the address is :- JUNGLE cafe London Rd Addington, WEST MALLING, Kent ME19 5AL ...basically it's in opposite direction from old venue...directions come off M 26 at jct 2 and follow A20 towards west malling and jungle cafe is on the left (2 miles from old venue)...also new venue shuts at 1 pm so was thinking about a 10:30 am start??

so how are we all fixed?

I have put that date/time in diary so will do my best to be there.

By the way cafe is on the RIGHT HAND SIDE as going towards West Malling from M26/20 junctions....unless you are in reverse gear !!!!

Doubt if the cafe car park would be accesable on sunday,but I am sure no shortage of venues available.

well i guess in the future we could try and arrange for a sunday meet....but to be fair for quite a few people sundays are a family day..i.e visiting relatives..

Like you say Sunday is one day that you spend with your family etc but I think in the summer months it may well work if we could find a venue i.e like a country park and then make it more attractive to every one.The Oxford and Ashridge venues are good examples and are ideal for families, so I'm not sure what's in your neck of the woods but it may well be worth looking into and don't forget there are two big meets coming up namely the Lakes and Newent in the summer which will be a good way of meeting forum members from all over.It may even gives some pointers into arranging a similar event in the Southeast.From small acorns or in your case cobnuts!!

ITS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE.as coming from the M26/M20 junction on the A20 heading towards West Malling.

About 5 mins drive from old venue.

nope once a month i work from 8 am saturday untill 8 am monday (on call) and that is a right p.i.t.a

Most weeks I do 7 days...start around 10.00am and can finish as late as 10.30/11.00 pm during the week and 10.00am to 5.30/6.00pm Saturday and Sundays,but that is the joys of working for yourself.

Plus side is if you get up and don,t fancy going to work ...well you don,t...but then you don,t earn any money either.

Time.....10.30 a/m

Venue....Jungle Cafe on A20.....if coming from West Malling it is on the Left Hand side about 1/4 mile from roundabout...if coming from Wrotham Heath.M20/M26 junction it is on the Right hand side .
