Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Re: Rain Sensor
« on: 05 January 2024, 17:11:11 »
The intermittent has never worked on my elite since I got it, it had recently had a new screen fitted before I got it so maybe something not right after that, also the N/S section of the cover on the back of the sensor bit fell of a couple of times of it's own accord.
There is a timer relay for the intermittent wipe   ;)

Anyone watch the fireworks in London on the BBC ?

started with a drone formation "The MAYOR of LONDON presents"
did SAD DIK CAAN'T * spelling  :-\  pay for all those fireworks then , as he seems to have taken the credit  >:(
What's he doing to offset all the pollution, sulphur dioxide etc and smoke that resulted  :-\
I thought it was meant to ne a ULEZ zone
will he be releasing statistics to say how many poor London asthmatics choked to death  :-\

No let’s have Trump back. I miss his speeches. Mind you the key thing for us in Europe would be his support for Ukraine. Next year will be a turning point methinks. I can’t believe that Russia “ spent” over a billion on launched missiles in one day…… Buy shares in munitions if you are young. If you are old make friends with Dave the builder and his bunker. By now it must be the state of the ark!
What?? Is he planning to save two of each animal? In Derbyshire?
There won't be many giraffes or elephants then.
Livestock is kept just 10 miles down the road HERE
giraffes or elephants don't fit in the oven without using my chainsaw ,and that's frowned upon  :P

And he's already had to replace both cats >:D
;D

Hello, interesting, what is this "Reseating Cluster", how to do this?
Give it a whack  ;D
;D
indeed  :y
BUT...

You have to use the official GENUINE VAUXHALL RESET TOOL "purchased from a dealer, that you walk into" or you invalidate the warranty  :-X
Tools of the trade Dave?

 :y

i've owned a lot of Vauxhalls , so having the right tools to work on them makes sense

Thanks boys. So we think it’s the cluster? If so I’ll whip it off and send it to ECU testing or BBA. Thanks all and merry Christmas.

Ps TB no jumping/charging recently 🥰🥰🥰

Several OOFers have swapped the cluster to resolve it .
mileometer still works ,just the tach and speedo needles die
it can start working again .then die again  :(
