They get brittle with age, so a new one is the way forward...
Yes I thought that, and found that SAABits.com in Devon can get them from Sweden in a couple of weeks for £26.78 incl postage, which I know is more than most people spend on an Omega in a year...but I thought I'd splash out!  Apparently there are now 492 left in stock over there amongst the pine trees so I hope no one is tempted by the "last one left" ebay listing from Germany for £45 like I nearly was!

'Farid I don't have one, just the vac tube and rubber T's and elbows etc. Sorry...
Thanks for looking, I had everything from 3.2 that I broke, but that part must have either been knackered or mistakenly binned in a recent move... ::)
They seem to be listed as the same part as fitted to various Saabs etc. and ebay has some from Lithuania and Germany...but I was hoping to get something here more quickly than that will take.

Please has anyone got a working 3.2V6 dual ram intake solenoid valve 90466214? it is not desperate in that the car still runs, but I'd like it to run better :) And it will be easier to fit now, whilst the car is all in bits. Thanks.

Down to one Omega MV6 now. And just bought a 160k mile Disco4 for towing duties. I never thought I'd ever buy a JLR product, but now my son is about to bring a V8 Disco 2 into the family, so all the tools will soon be out again no doubt... :-[ I was hoping to cash in on the apparent boom in van prices by getting rid of the VW T5.1, but evidently I seem to have either overpriced it or missed the boat, as, after a week on Autotrader I have had zero calls. Not even of the "what's the lowest price you'll take mate init?" type either.  ;) At this rate I'll have no where to put them all! :(

Wiping the black car over ready for VBOA this weekend, hope to go tomorrow afternoon, and definitely Sunday with the white Carlton on a trailer behind a tow vehicle with tools and AC!
I wonder if there'll be any other Omegas there this year?

Out of curiosity, do you happen to have any pictures of the Omega estates parked further along?
I didn't see any Omega Estates, there was a Rover(Honda)827 and a Volvo Estate, and there might have been an Astra.

I managed to get an invitation to an Emergency vehicle car show, which is held at Manchester Airport runway park. In a former life, my car may have been on the other side of the fence collecting dignitaries direct from their planes in its role as a GMP VIP car.

Also present was the infamous Car Wars Thames Valley undercover camera/pursuit car OV03LJL which was full of all kinds of fascinating gadgets

With many other interesting vehicles in attendance it was a great day out and I was very glad of working AC on the drive home!

Gearbox is gone, anyone want a tilt and slide electric sunroof before that gets binned?

“ Introducing: the Hoonipigasus! This is the hill climb beast that I’ll be racing at this year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. It’s a Porsche 911 SVSR, built by BBi Autosport in partnership with Mobil 1, and it’s a one-of-a-kind, mid-engine, twin-turbo, 1400hp, AWD, 1000kg, weapon. This meth-fueled monster is intended to be the world’s ultimate Porsche race car build with the sole purpose of trying to win the top class in the 100th running of the legendary PPIHC race. We’ve also teamed up with former pro snowboarder, musician, and internationally acclaimed street artist Trouble (Trevor) Andrew, a.k.a. Gucci Ghost, to launch this incredible new livery on this build. The livery, color, and name pays homage to the infamous 1971 Porsche 917/20 “Pink Pig”. Lots of work and planning went into this, and this project is just incredible!“

Do a google for photos.

Now that sounds like a serious contemnder!
..that is literally, "money no object" :P
