I drive a 1.8 Vectra C Dave . Not much chance of no RFL,oh, sorry VED , on that i'm afraid.

I drive a 1.8 Vectra C Dave . Not much chance of no RFL,oh, sorry VED , on that i'm afraid. 

Nothing wrong with Vectras , I had a 1.8 vectra B very briefly, gave it to my brother because the boot wasn't big enough for all my junk 
I guess they changed it from RFL to VED as the money clearly doesn't fund maintaining roads anymore

I quite like the Vectra, even though  it has an extra pedal. Not a patch on the Omega though.

you don't brake and accelerate at the same time ,so only need one foot for those two 
you can however use the clutch and changing gear to slow down and speed up 
the brake pedal is for emergencies , anything else is a waste of petrol
