happy to plug in the code reader that shall not be named if it helps...No idea what its likely to display for it though.
If you do, grab the code index off it. Should be 074 for a 3.2

I Had a look at this one last night. 

First of all, none of the press and hold's had any effect at all?

Problem looks to be GID not seeing a crank signal?  Altough instant tank content looks variable?

Live Data on a short run

Menu system showed english units selected, but diag tool suggests Japenese?

No other codes in the car, was running fine, maybe benefit from a breather / TB / ICV clean as the idle could have been smoother.

Ive no access to anything else with a GID to compare findings.

Thoughts?

As stated earlier, I don't think its getting the injection duration signal

check wiring diags, check connectivity on wire(s) between display and engine ecu.

if ok, suspect display.  did you get code index off it?

I changed a couple of bulbs behind this display for the bloke that used to own it several months before I bought it... Are we saying there could be a loose connection at the back..
