Just been out and washed the astra and fitted a new drivers door mirror .
police drove past but didn't send me to jail for car washing after 10PM during lockdown  :-X
but then soap/detergent kills the Chinese Virus ,so i was disinfecting the car  :D

Took Mrs Builder's astra H estate for an MOT
Another PASS ,no advisories  :)

done a fair amount recently but another lockdown means Dave the Builder shopper  ;D
 and i want all the cars done Asap ,out the way
bar the Zafira B ,that's just not getting used at all anymore
I doubt my mum will use her Astra again with all the shielding/Chinese virus stuff .....
 but I MOTed that in mid July ,despite it having a 6 month extension  :P

there is but it costs £55  :D

yes i pay full price  :o to a fair tester who spends 3/4 of an hour or so actually checking everything  ;)

My MOT man charges £50. Ive been going to him for years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

We've got five independent garages within a 2/3 mile radius. I reckon they formed a cartel to save all the undercutting, they all charge £30.

Don't know of any independant garage round here that charges full price,main stealers might though.
