So I need a coil pack to replace my cracked one!
Cos I'm soooo tight I'm thinking used but then sensible head says new because it's probably not worth getting a used one!?
Are there different brands? The one I'm replacing is Bosch but I have seen this one on ebay:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-OMEGA-VECTRA-3-2-2-6-V6-IGNITION-MODULE-COIL-PACK-NEW-9118115/311292987580
Thanks.

I briefly managed to use a spare 135 pack on the 246 side when I had nothing else. It did work but soon started to crack as it is 'wrong handed'

I would opt for 163054297258,being Bosch and more likely to be a better fit and better made but few £,s more. But that's just me as hate fixing something twice

Good point, I don't want to do it twice either but I can't find that no, where would you get it from?
Iv'e found 9118115: https://www.vauxhall-car-parts.co.uk/acatalog/VAUXHALL_IGNITION_COIL_-_Nos_2___4___6_-_9118115N.html
Would a Vauxhall one be a Bosch?

So I have found 3 prices:
£39.25 from Leader LSC code: 9118115 (closed for xmas/NY so I can't confirm brand)
£57.75 Vauxhall brand code: 9118115 (Vauxhall car parts.co.uk)
£62.79 Bosch brand code: 0221503027
Confusing! ???

Sorry egay number :y

Wouldn't touch Vauxhall Car Parts...they sell copy parts at retail prices...if it has an N after their number its a pattern part which you can buy cheaper elsewhere
-
Unless its stupidly cheap, and you accept its only for a temporary test, always buy brand new.

OK, thanks, that's good to know.

I'm sure you're right, brand new would be safer.

Go for the Bosch.
