Does anyone know if both left and right bushes are visually the same.

I have the passenger side looking reasonably healthy with a domed rubber underside but the drivers side is flatter, almost dished in appearance. It also has a 1/2cm split in the rubber.
 
I have an engine bay/bulkhead rumble at tickover and can feel vibrations when moving. These vibrations stop if I turn off the engine whilst traveling down hill.

The only things that looks out of sorts underneath is the drivers side engine mount rubber.
