Merry Christmas Cem! As far as I know Turkey is not really a christian country how does the christmas get on thereby?  :) Tree and Santa? All the trimmings?  :)

not too many Christians around .. there are some trimmings in big cities here and there but honestly not a visible activity..  still people work in those days..  which also upsets my wife..

Yea, she certainly misses the Christmas as came from Romania (if I remember well) where the celebrity of Christmas has serious tradition...Possibly she does her best for making a "private" Christmas though. Good luck Mrs Cem !  :y

A lot of work looks to have gone into making it ..... not my cup of tea though.

It says it has an electric sunroof ....... where does it wind back to? Or maybe it just tilts .....  ??? ??? Not MOTable as it sit though due to the ABS/TC lights. If it was such an easy fix ............ why hasn't it been sorted?  ::)

It's very orange!!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Well, if I were you Paul, I would bluff a bit and would tell to my boss that I got a considerable offer and now ask for fuel compensation to make my decision easier...As you said you are working with great collegaues so your achievement is certainly very good, why don't ask for some compensation then?  ;)

Sorry about your veccy , matey, fortunately you are OK! :y

A 3.2 v6 engine seems a bit heavier than a standard veccy engine, did you need to make a bit much room in the engine bay? Was it enough for first trying?  You got stronger something such as engine mounts or some part of chassis or subframe, didn't you? Shock absorbers, coils etc...
car had 2.5 v before I swap to 3.2 dont think there much difference compere to 2.5, there lots space in engine bay ;D

My mechanic often says that after 2002 the cars are over controlled by various electronic units plus the high pressurised diesels are not able to run more than 100k km (63k miles) without having serious issue. He swears the eternity of simple sucking diesels as best cars. Timing chain swap on every 250 000 km is fairly tempting indeed...

Nice car you have there mate  :y I Don't really understand GM engineers as these 15" wheels below a robust looking car seem like a bodybuilder with thin legs. My wheels are also 15" must admit don't really like them on my Mig, too...I'm not a car designer though so I have to believe in the knowledge of theirs so using them away.  :-\
