As with all irons and their tips though, dont forget to use them with a wet sponge, tips will maintain there shape and last a lot longer.
Nothing so drastic, just making an aux power lead to run from the ciggy connection under the seat to my tank bag
Probably work fine then Tunnie, as said before no subsitute for a Weller but a handy addition to the tool box, use my RS gas one a least once a week, mainly RF Connecters, still has the original Tip.
Have bought a few Gas ones since then (different models) but didn't last 5 mins. So my old fav orange one comes highly recommended.
