Yorkshire may be a better bet than Scotland as the people are more open and sophisticated.

This could catch on.

We could sell Devon and Cornwall to the French.

East Anglia and the East Coast to the Vikings who used to own it anyway.

The South Coast (East of Dorset) to the Saxons who used to own it anyway.

The rest of England could go to Italy and Normandy who used to own it anyway.

Wales could be flogged off to Spain, who didn't own it but would probably think it would be a good buy and would take out lots of debt to build motorways and airports everywhere.

We use the proceeds to pay off the national debt, and then when the Euro crashes we take out a new loan and buy it all back at a knock down price to help our European cousins out!  :)
