Haunted sunroof

my sunroof in my 2.5 mini face lift elite seems to tilt all on it's own. it will open and then try to close muck about opening a bit then closing a bit then stop. if i set it to close on the switch. It will muck about them close. ????

any idea's

They have memory settings, maybe this could be causing the problem?.....
