My silver 2.5 elite saloon X644 PKH went to them. good job it was damaged as the clown who loaded it onto the lorry didn't give a shit.

I like many people have found rust there and rightly assumed there would be more under the cover and was not surprised to find there was. but I managed to rub most of it down and treat it without any holes developing. and luckily I didn't manage to break any clips as several were already broken.

I'm no expert ?? but if you have checked the wiring then it seems as though the starter has had it.

It certainly does work for a short while but the dreaded light is back on glowing at you before you know it.

Mine does it on occasions. and I know I should check the fluid level etc but I don't have anywhere ideal to do it so it hasn't been done yet.

The people driving behind me probably think i'm drunk  ( I don't actually drink alcohol) as I tend to try and avoid potholes and humps if I can as they shouldn't be there really.

Very tidy cars there. i'm having trouble trying to stop the local druggie chav scum lobbing bricks and concrete at my poor old car.

I'm surprised mine never had an advisory on rust on it's previous MOT as it had it in all the usual places, sills, front and rear chassis legs, rear arches. but hopefully I've halted it a little when I wire brushed it all and treated it with fertan rust killer and primed and painted it. as it never had any advisories for body/chassis rust at the MOT in august and hopefully it should last another year at least provided the local scum can resist chucking house bricks and lumps of concrete at the poor old thing.

Hi James. That sounds like an excellent idea. I suppose I should really tackle the job myself but I do tend to make silly mistakes and having someone who knows what they're doing making sure it all goes to plan is the ideal situation.

Thanks
Neil.

That's typical driving everywhere you go unfortunately. because every time I go somewhere theres always some arsehole who thinks its fine to pull in front of me with an inch to spare without indicating and then they proceed to do the same to numerous others until they get off at whatever junction they want usually cutting across all lanes to do it..

You're lucky they just let the tyres down  :). around here and a few other streets around Newport someone decided to slash all the tyres on practically every car in the street just before Christmas. and to top it off when I went to get my tyres replaced the moron managed to put the wrong size on and when I went back to complain they replaced those with ones with virtually no tread on them (found out after I got home again  ??? ). and then in January the car was written off by a Frenchman in a rented mokka on the same day that someone was using my credit card to do some shopping..
