The Park Pilot Brain is situated just above the N/S/R Wheel Arch.  You can locate it by removing the carpet cover for the Spare Wheel and sticking your hand in the cavity (running towards the front of the car).

To answer your question directly, the speaker is located in the headlining just behind the Sunroof and is a bastard to get to.

Constant tone is an error code... by removing the little circuit board that looks like a fuse - its just a 350 ohm resistor - you can check out which sensor is at fault... see this old thread for more info .. the little fuse and two other wires are tucked down by the left hand rear light cluster on the saloon

Thanks Broomie, if it,s too much hassle to get to it i will leave it. Would putting new sensors into the bumper perhaps
fix it as thats where it took the hit? :-\

If the noise is annoying you then from the control box which is just in front of the spare wheel well are two brown wires that go up into the roof lining, with a small connecting plug on them . simply undo that plug and you have just disconnected the speaker ......   seemples .. and it takes longer to get the spare wheel out than it does to undo the plug !!
