Washed it - in the rain. I thought I had lost he Omega love, but it seems its still there.  ::) ;D
Changed the cambelt & tensioners yesterday. Im definitely getting old. It took me all afternoon, and I ached from head to toe the rest of yesterday and until lunchtime today.  ::)

Investigated a misfire on the 3.2 a couple of days ago. Found plug wells 246 were full of water :( and coil packs were corroded on the underside and nasty..... :( :(
6 new VX plugs, 2 new VX coil packs, oil and all filters, and followed the guide for sealing the top of the bulk head where the scuttle panel sits.
Smooth as silk now and no sign of water getting to the foam on underside of plastic scuttle :)
And it passed it MOT with no advisories! :) :)

Changed the air con compressor .. if I have to do that job ever again it will be way to soon .. although to be honest I'm not 100% certain the pipe-block has gone on correctly .. all done by feel and no bloody room to do or see anything .. six times I got it done up eventually to turn round and find one of the washers on the floor .... GRRRRRRRR.

If there is an easy way of lining up the pipe block, two washers and the single bolt, all of which are attached to, and have an independent life of their own, two sodding aluminium pipes... this is all behind a bulkhead with space to get just one hand.... could someone please tell me .... Started at 10 this morning finished at 7 tonight .....

and I won't know if I've done the pipe block correctly until I have it pressure checked ... if its wrong .. we start all over ... :(

I'm sure I posted somewhere, but can't find it now, that I found it a fairly simple job by removing the bagpipes for access, then removing the compressor mounting bolts and lifting the compressor forward with the AC pipes still attached, which then become easily accessible as it is lifted forwards, it was a very simple job from then on. :y

Not car related, but OOF related.

Popped some more RAM in one of the OOF servers a few moments ago, which should allow it to breath a bit easier :)

Removed MV6 bumper, door rubbing strips and sill covers from the 2.6.

Such a shame this car got rear ended as the sills are immaculate, not a spot of rust.  :'(

Fitted a new engine earth strap as I notice the current one had broken, when I changed the cambelt a week or so ago.
Also replaced the missing wheel nut covers on the front wheels.
