That dent shouldn't be there... :-\

Are the gas struts worn allowing the tailgate to go too far up?

Spoiler should fit with no gaps and it won't touch the roof when the tailgate is opened :y

It seemed strange to me already. The spoiler looks like it's not going to touch but if I take out the dent it will touch. The struts are ok, and to not touch it should open much less, It seems very strange to me to open so little, but if it do not have to take that form, something will have to be done

The spoiler is designed to not touch, so it might be that the dent is affecting the positioning :-\

Try moving the spoiler back and down 5mm... Ignoring the dent for a moment, how does the rest of it seem?

The spoiler donīt touch the roof, is perfect, but, if I repair the dent, I think it will touch the roof, look how close it is in the images. Rare, rare

It won't  :y

Don't repair the dent and the spoiler will highlight it as it will have either a gap or lots of mastic showing...

I will think to see what I do, logically so it can not go. Thanks!

Wouldn't worry as when you have the spoiler fixed the aerial will smash against the spoiler and scratch it/ damage the aerial base.

There was a little metal bit that went in the aerial base on the estate that changed the angle of the whip so it didn't hit, but these corrode in and when you change the whip it gets stuck and you end up damaging the base, so change to a stub aerial first would be my advice

There should be angled spacer on the aerial to stop it hitting the spoiler. NLS from GM,  :)

Dont fit the extra metal angle piece on the Aerial Base if you have a Phillips or NCDC Factory Phone Kit fitted with the HU.  ;)

There's 2... Do you mean the factory ball joint affair, or the Imesher angled block.

Almost certainly the Ball Joint one, but I cant remember what the Irmy one looks like (picture anyone?) but guessing it will add additional spacing between the whip and Base then its a no no.

I just used a 1"x1/2" strip of speed tape on the back upper edge of the spoiler to give it something to rub against without damaging anything else :y
