Omega General Help / Oil leak by the engine breath pipes

Hello, I will try to express myself in the best english I have. (very bad)
I own an Omega B 2.5 TDS I have a big oil leak by the breath pipes?! coming out the engine. I went to a mechanic and he said the engine is diyng?! The engine has 135000kms (80000miles). I live in Portugal and the mechanics here are thiefs, and I just understand the basics of mechanics can someone help me?!Sorry, my english is really bad...

Hi,
my name is Cris and Im from Portugal. My English is terrible so, I will try my best
I am the owner of a Opel omega B 2.5tds version elegance. I am following this forum for a while now.
For the first time I am having trouble with the engine of my car and I am hoping that you can help😁
My engine has right now around 135000 kms.
