All perfectly normal James, upper range / lower range makes diddly squat difference as long as it's in range, if it makes you feel more comfortable I have seen a GGT of 18000 and an ALT of 1200 and the person lived

Omega General Help / Re: Where have all the 3.2ís gone?
« on: 09 January 2018, 12:40:44 »
I know a chap with an MOT'd 3.2 elite estate, he was looking to shift onto me for circa £400, dented front wing and a bit of rust in the rear arch but as far as I know otherwise fully working, located in Deeside

PM if anyone is interested as it'll end up being banger raced otherwise !

I got a call off a mate yesterday, he'd taken his Renault Trafic in for a clean and the soft buggers jet washed the interior, in this van the battery is under a panel in the passenger footwell. Van wouldn't start and things got a tad heated when he discussed it with them. AA have towed it home and I'll look at it tomorrow

me: 9k,
them: oh it's definately due a service then we'll get it booked in shall we
me : no problem it's an NHS lease car
them: ok no worries in that case it's due in another year or 10k

Ps I'll have nsf wing too if that's in good nick 👍👍👍

If the planets align should have a nice silver CDX breaker in at the end of the month, not sure if 147 or 157 yet though

what was the tail gate like Jon :y

I checked it with you in mind Terry, it was the only dented panel on the bugger and likely only happened when it got to the yard  :'(

One of my local yards had a 2.6 CD estate with only 46k on the clock, somehow it had come in via a DVLA clean up. I can only guess someone had died and it had been left on the street, every cloud though as a fair bit of it is sitting in my shed and another member has a nice new bonnet  :y
