What's all the fuss.
A certain Douglas Bader dfc. Had two artificial tin legs and flew Hurricanes and spitfires' in the battle of Britain, parachuted out over France, was captured, tried to escape twice, and after the war worked for shell, all over the world by flying.
There are ex troops with amputations that do more, and just get on with life, but that isn't a story.

Well, I have my omega now for 3 weeks.
Finally I got around and done everything I wanted to do so far.
With some bits I still planning to do, as always

Hoover it
Cleaned it and scrub it inside
Pampered it inside
Washed it 4 times, waxed it, polished it,T cut as final to get the paint back up to glamour.
Washed it gain, polished it and I hope this weekend it get another coat of wax.

Fitted the new stereo,
Installed a tab and I pad holder
Cover the door pockets as they been well used with word trim pic, same as dash
Resprayed the alloys
Treated the rust
Fitted a reversing cam
Fitted reversing sensors
Installed a speed cam warner
Double foiled the rear windows
Led sidelights
resprayed the bumpers front and rear
Treated sunroof and windows with silicon spray
Cleaned all window and sunroof switches from dust inside
Fixed the ashtray,it didn't open properly

All what I was T and need to do now is getting it in for a full service
Including new  represent front.

Would anyone know if the ECU can be reset to new standarts. Factory reset.
I could do this with the v70 volvo when I bought it by disconnecting the batteries for 2 hours, without loosing
Alarm and immobiliser settings.
Is there any way on the omega doing the same?

Pictures. :)

That price was for a repair kit for 4 calipers

That sounds better£120 for all 4 callipers.

All the climair one's I've fitted to trucks, just push into the window trac. Climair distributor is in Kent, give them a ring.

That is expensive for two sets of seals and pistons, you should be able to get 2 exchange calipers for £120.
Seal kits from biggred are normally about £20 per caliper, I've yet to replace a piston, normally just polish them up with autosol polish.

Before parking eye, the parking at most of the services was enforced by a company called controlled parking(CP). They were part of the Granada, aka moto, head office at Toddington, Bedfordshire. Now (PE) might be owned by the above mentioned lot.
