Hi all ,
         I have a pair of FL offside doors that were delivered to me . Sadly they are  the incorrect colour "green".

No paint code was available when buying, but they were silly cheap & complete  as they were taken off the original car .

Even got the key for the drivers door.

I am trying to identify the colour.  They are a darkish green ,but when you  look at them from another angle & they look

more of a  blueish colour . Sort of two tone if you like . Came from a 2001 CD  I was told  but no reg no. to pursue.

I was looking for Z380 krypton green , so it;s not that one .

Any suggestions what the colour name & code is ?

thing is Al are they a Vauxhall colour??

Have you tried .google.....(.vauxhall colour ) codes as there are a few greens listed with the colour code and years listed on there

Ok Al   thats progress. . . can I just ask how you know ?    Have you had a VX car in that colour?   

Also I am thinking that there is probably only 1 green that turns to blueish from a different angle of view.

Also  I am sure someone had one in this colour at Terberts last meet  . . .  can't think who it was though

thing is Al are they a Vauxhall colour??

Eh ?      Well Mark they are omega doors 

Or do you mean have they been resprayed ?   If so then no  . . .  with door cards removed the colour is as was put on at the

factory.  No one would go to that much trouble to repaint all the inside parts as well . I am 99.99%  they are original paint

There's only two greens in the later brochure, the other being Krypton green Earlier facelifts had a much wider range of colours though, so it could be summat else

I rekon Z382 Ural Mountain, mine looks a darker colour blueish/greyish when looking at it from different angles

Ben , if you imagine Terberts car park as you drive in ,  Jamie & Mr. Gixer were working on a car at the rear right of the car park  & the car I'm thinking is the colour I'm searching for was parked at the rear LEFT (opposite end to TB & Gixer).

Was this yours ?

Ffs.   right  . . . these  unknown colour code doors are now fitted  to my krypton green Z380 '53 elite.  was gonna paint 'em as they are vgc. 

Just gone out to have a look & the sun is shining right on 'em & they now look BLUE ..!    cant see any green in them at all.

Yet later on without the sun they will look green again 

Ben suggests Ural Mountain  . . . anyone have a Ural mountain car ?  . . . & does it sometimes look green & sometimes blue?

help  . . . think I'm going nuts trying to find this colour

The reason I am trying to find the colour is that I may have found a pair of doors in Krypton green so these  (probable Ural mountain) ones are possibly now surplus . As they are quite hard to find , I'm thinking I could well sell these on , but of course need to know what colour  code they are

Now i get you. As far as im aware, any green colour on the omegas are getting scarce now. 

I would think you might find it hard to sell them on too, unless you want to strip them and repaint
