check the wires from ecu to coil pack here is a full list of connections for the ecu.
Interface - Signal Locations 2,0 litre – Astra-F and Omega-B 1994-1996
Number 1 location on plug is right bottom with 1 to 19 pins
pin 20 middle from 20, to 37.
Pin 38 is left side 38, to 55.
wires come into plug from 55, 37, and 19.

You will need a meter to check for continuity. but if wiring ok if you know how to solder can tell you the chip you need to replace, can remove from the vectra one you have, and then there is no problems as its the original ecu for the vehicle.
